Diane Meyer is a prolific, versatile, instinctive and naturally talented artist. From her art studio in Rerwick just off the B9122 and a mile south of Bigton, inspired by Shetland's stunning scenery, wildlife and natural environment, Diane will often be found sitting at her easel completing a painting or working on a new subject.
Diane is a well-known artist and her work is highly sought after. Unsurprisingly, many of her paintings adorn customer's homes throughout the UK and around the world, including Canada and Australia.
Being a full member of the Shetland Arts & Crafts Trail, the Art Studio and Gallery in Rerwick is open year round. Like any dedicated artist Diane simply 'paints for pleasure', but she can be pursuaded to sell her works. Diane will also undertake private commissioned work that can include portraiture, family, pets, etc.
The studio and the gallery is open all year round where visitors are
welcome to view Diane's beautiful works and 'chat with the artist'.
